Understanding Our Emergency Service

Our after-hours emergency service is designed to provide attention to urgent situations within the professional limits of our staff. While we strive to assist all clients in a prompt manner, it’s important to acknowledge that there may be times when service is delayed. These delays can be attributed to prior commitments, which may include personal emergencies or situations beyond our control.

For Non-Registered Clients

We are committed to providing emergency care to our established clientele. However, we understand that situations may arise for individuals who are not registered with Shell Cove Vet Clinic. For these non-registered clients, emergency services will be available on an “As Available” basis. We encourage these clients to contact us promptly; however, please note that priority will be given to our registered clients.

What Constitutes an Emergency?

Examples of emergencies can include, but are not limited to, serious injuries, sudden illness, or any condition that requires immediate veterinary attention. For all general inquiries, routine questions, or to book standard consultations, we kindly ask that you please contact us during our normal business hours.
